Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, or Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server on the web app. Name it recalls, paste the URL, choose No authentication.

Full MCP support needs Business, Enterprise or Edu. Plus and Pro get read-only tools, which is all this is.
