What the hazard is

This may result in an engine shut down as the vehicle can run out of fuel. If the vehicle is being driven at the time, this can present an accident risk to vehicle occupants and other road users.

What to do

Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by mail and invited to have their vehicles inspected by an authorised Alfa Romeo dealership. The Body Control Module software will be updated free of charge. Defect
