What the hazard is
Not stated in the notice.
What to do
Corrective action: replace the wheel rims. Contact place of purchase.
Defect
The defect appears to be in the mounting face of these rims being bent during manufacture and allowing the wheel nuts to loosen as the trailer is towed on the road. This can cause the wheel studs to break and the wheel to detach from the trailer.
