Defect

In affected trucks, due to incorrect routing of the brake air tube connecting the air tank and brake valve, the air tube may interfere with the bracket which locates the throttle cable and the horn harness. As a result, during normal operation the air tube and bracket may rub together. In extreme cases there is the possibility the air tube may leak, leading to reduced braking efficiency.
