What to do

Consumers can organise their no-charge replacement ball joints and reimbursement for installation costs via the Reimbursement Claim Form at www.roadsafe.com.au/product-updates/claim/ or contact Roadsafe on credits@roadsafe.com.au Affected products that have not been fitted to a vehicle may be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund. For more information, consumers can contact Roadsafe on 03 8687 1700 (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm AEST) or via email at sales@roadsafe.com.au
