What to do
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Lexus and are asked to make an appointment at their preferred Lexus dealer for rectification, free of charge. Defect
Due to a manufacturing defect, there is a possibility of engine machining debris contamination within the engine. This could lead to potential engine knocking, rough running and/or stalling during operation causing a loss of motive power.
