What to do

Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Lexus and are asked to make an appointment to have the work carried out, free of charge. To find a local dealer, visit Find a Dealer //www.lexus.com.au/contact/find-a-dealer For further information, consumers can contact their preferred Lexus dealer or contact the Lexus Customer Assistance Centre on 1800 023 009 (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm AEST/AEDT).

Defect

Due to a manufacturing defect in the Adaptive High Beam System cracks may develop over time resulting in the LED reflector detaching from the reflector motor inside the headlamp assembly. If this occurs, the AHS function and automatic high beam may not operate as intended and a warning message will be displayed.
