What the hazard is
A loss of vehicle control whilst riding could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to rider, passenger and/or other road users.
What to do
Owners of affected vehicles should contact their nearest authorised CFMOTO service centre to have the lower triple clamp replaced, free of charge.
Defect
Due to a manufacturing defect, the lower clamp connecting the front suspension to the steering may fracture. This could lead to a loss of vehicle control whilst riding.
